Series of topics are appropriate for small businesses that do not have in-house resources or staff.

As advocates for the business community, these industry specific seminars are offered as informational programs.  Throughout the year topics include; hospitality training, customer service, safety and OSHA training, political and candidate forums, City updates, and school board issues.

Leadership Marshfield

The purpose and objective of Leadership Marshfield is to identify current and potential leaders in the community and provide a training program that will enhance their ability to function as moreleadership logo-small effective leaders.  Class participants participate in a series of eight informative one-day programs and develop group projects designed to meet each individual’s interests and community needs.  The first class graduated in 1993 and every year the program is “tweeked” to stay current and fresh. Leadership Application is now available including the monthly program dates for the 2016-17 class.  The deadline to apply is August 1, 2016 and class size is limited. Contact program director Debbie Bauer with any questions.

Each year an Alumnus of the Year is nominated and announced at our Annual Meeting in January. To nominate a worthy alumni, please complete the Leadership Marshfield Alumnus of the Year nomination form and return it to Debbie Bauer for the Leadership Marshfield Council’s consideration.
