As you know, many of the requirements were slated to go into effect in early December until the Fifth District Court of Appeals granted a motion to stay the ETS.
OSHA stated recently that it would comply with the court order and “has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.” However, it is still imperative that businesses understand what requirements the ETS calls for if the court challenges are not successful. WMC has published guidelines relating to the OSHA ETS to help employers understand the mandate.

Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that requires businesses with at
least 100 employees to ensure vaccination of their workers or, for those
workers who are unvaccinated, masking policies and weekly testing.
In response to the Biden administration’s announcement,
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will host a special briefing on the
mandate TOMORROW, November 5, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
