Security Health Plan Launches New Site to Aid HR professionals

MARSHFIELD – Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., launched a free website to aid human resources professionals today. The new site is HR-Playbook.com. This online resource includes downloadable and shareable information to help HR professionals stay ahead of the game in recruiting top candidates for positions, improving the workplace culture and increasing employee wellness.

“The human resources department is like a team of coaches. HR professionals recruit, train, guide and educate employees to build a better workplace. HR-Playbook offers ideas and answers on a variety of topics from health benefits to company culture,” said Eric Twerberg, chief sales officer at Security Health Plan.

The site includes articles, infographics and information on topics like hiring high quality staff, developing workforce policy and wellness programs. This new online resource provides insights and advice to make life easier for HR professionals in Wisconsin managing group benefits for their employers.

HR-Playbook also includes helpful infographics on a variety of topics, such as Urgent Care vs. Emergency Room, how to know which to visit in a variety of situations. The Ask the Experts section of the site includes Q&A with knowledgeable professionals on topics like integrating behavioral health and primary care, the popularity of implementing health coaching as a benefit offering or counteracting the rising cost of medications.
