MARSHFIELD – Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., launched a free website to aid human resources professionals today. The new site is HR-Playbook.com. This online resource includes downloadable and shareable information to help HR professionals stay ahead of the game in recruiting top candidates for positions, improving the workplace culture and increasing employee wellness.
“The human resources department is like a team of coaches. HR professionals recruit, train, guide and educate employees to build a better workplace. HR-Playbook offers ideas and answers on a variety of topics from health benefits to company culture,” said Eric Twerberg, chief sales officer at Security Health Plan.
The site includes articles, infographics and information on topics like hiring high quality staff, developing workforce policy and wellness programs. This new online resource provides insights and advice to make life easier for HR professionals in Wisconsin managing group benefits for their employers.
